One of your top benefits as an International REALTOR® is access to Realtors Property Resource®, or RPR®.
RPR® is NAR's national property database and gives you access to data on nearly every property in the United States. On the Residential side, you'll see tax and assessment history, value estimates, neighborhood and school data, market statistics and more. Active listing details are also available for many markets.
On the Commercial side, you'll have access to active listings, business location tools, tenant data, and population and demographic data.
If you have clients interested in purchasing property in the United States, RPR® is a great tool to help them make informed decisions. RPR® makes it easy to share information with clients using one of the many reports that can be downloaded and shared via email. Best of all, RPR® is included in your IRM dues. You can also subscribe to additional NAR newsletters relevant to you.
To create your account, click on the "Sign In" link at the top right of www.nar.realtor. When the "Sign In" (authentication) screen appears, click the link to the right that says, "Click here to register." Or visit the International REALTOR® Welcome web page for specific instructions.
